- Working three projects with different oracle Engineered system like PCA/Oracle Cloud/ Oracle Engineer server/Supercluster environment/Azure Environment
- Having good knowledge/Troubleshooting experience on Solaris and Linux OS.
- Having Good knowledge on Kubernetes/Docker and Oracle cluster.
- Provided technical guidance to the customer for choosing right products.
- Experience to work with Cloud Environment SAAS/PAAS/IAAS with Oracle / Azure.
- Responsible to complete P2T Activity with the help of Vendors (Oracle/Azure)
- Responsible to complete the Quarterly Patching on SAAS and PAAS env with the help of Vendors (Oracle/Azure).
- Responsible to provide OS support and troubleshooting including patching/upgradation with Different server environment Like PCA, Exadata, Supercluster, Ldoms, zones (Solaris, Linux of Oracle/RHL/centos/Ubuntu) online and offline.
- Knowledge of Patching tool Spacewalk implement/troubleshooting.
- User & security administration configuration and troubleshooting with on-premises and Cloud Environment.
- Responsible to support/troubleshooting of Virtualization technology in Solaris LDOMS, Zones and Linux
- Responsible to give Hardware related support/replacement and troubleshooting with Oracle server like T series, M6/M7 series, PCA Supercluster/Exadata.
- Responsible to configure new server (Rack Mount/OS Installation/Filesystem creation/troubleshooting) and configure Volume/RAID (LVM/ZFS).
- Knowledge of the ticketing tool Service now.
- Responsible to manage ZFS storage to create new volume creation/Replication Etc. ZFS migration
- Ensured SLA deadlines were successfully met.
- Drafted reports and worked with the management team.
- Having support experience to remediate all the security remediations as per requirement.
- Involved individual IT team members in decision-making process through meetings.
