- Proficient in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle including project/ delivery management and managing third party vendors; undertaking requirement gathering and accordingly forming solutions as per the changes required with minimal risk.
- Extensive experience in defining project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value, organizing, and leading project status and working meetings, preparing and distributing progress reports, managing risks and issues, correcting deviations from plans and performing delivery planning for assigned projects.
- Expertise in end-to-end project planning and implementation from scope management to activity sequencing, risk analysis, cost management to quality management in adherence to set guidelines and norms.
- Experienced in leading teams of experienced software professionals and coordinating across various stake holders for design, development, and sustenance of the applications.
- Prepare lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, testing along with delivery to product management.
- Experienced in assigning Goals, development plans, review the performance periodically and mentor the engineers in achieving the goals and meet them career aspirations.
