Description
- 11+ Years of overall IT experience. 10 years of relevant experience in JIRA -Atlassian Product Expert, DevOps Engineer/Solutions/Implementation/Consultation.
- JIRA Architecture: Design, configure, manage, integrate, scale and support JIRA application.
- DevOps Practitioner and member of DevOps Advisory team.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile principles/project management methodologies.
- Act as consultant to stakeholders who wants to leverage JIRA and project management best practice.
- Ability to manage and triage various technical support queues.
- Discover opportunities to improve the workflow of daily tasks, update system to reflect improvements and lead efforts to support teams in adopting new workflows.
- Develop and implement Confluence and Jira Applications, Workflows and scripts with a strong emphasis on usability, component reusability, security and leverage various marketplace components.
