I joined this organization as a senior developer in 2014 where I saw a great scope to build my skills and learn various management skills. I was the first one to join the Innovation and Development team for the company. Delivered successfully five android applications, and more than 12 websites in WordPress, MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Laravel, etc. Lead generation was the main objective of this team with different strategies and marketing ideas. I am working closely with the UI/UX, SEO, Content, Management, Business team to strategize product flow, design, and implementation time to time. Developed REST APIs using PHP, MySQL for the android applications using encryption, authentication with complete customized logic for encryption and authentication. I also made these applications and website live on the hosting and Google play store. Led the team of 14 web and mobile app developers, trained them for the different skills as per the company need.
