Description
- Responsible for Testing automotive components like Battery pack, OBC, DC-DC Convertor, etc
- Responsible for conducting the tests on battery packs as a Functional performance test, Safety test, Abuse test, Environmental test, and Mechanical test etc as per the standards DVP.
- Knowledge of creating a BMS architecture and algorithms such as state of charge (SOC) cell balancing, charge/discharge control, temperature, current, open circuit voltage (OVC), thermal control, range estimation, internal resistance and impedance estimation etc.
- Knowledge of the specifics regarding battery protection, controls, thermal management and fault cases.
- Responsible for conduct the SOA tests and Cell balancing tests.
- Responsible for conduct the test to calculate the SOH and SOC accuracy of the battery packs.
- Responsible for conduct the test as per AIS 156 standard.
- Responsible for conduct the test on charger (800Wh) and DC-DC converter (280Wh) as per DVP.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to execute test as per specification and standard
- Ability to handling diagnostic and data logger tools like Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, Peak CAN, Debugger, Influx Data Loggers and key sight data logger etc.
- Ability to Analysis the data and making the test reports
- Have working experience in using soldering iron for preparation of circuit boards
