• Over 8+ Years of Experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Development and Testing. 
• Proficient in analyzing the Business Requirements, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Design Documents to formulate Test Scenarios, Test Plans and Test Cases. 
• Good knowledge and implementing skills in SDLC, STLC and Agile 
• Implementation of ERP at End user level, Support to End-user for ERP system in Construction domain. 
• Business Analyst 
• Gathering user Requirements by Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, reviewed existing Documents, manual process and reports. 
• Defining the project scope, deliverables, work flow and preparing the BRS. 
• Project Monitoring 
• Creating Development Schedule and timeline along with the Development team and Track the same to ensure that the progress is going as per the schedule. 
• Coordinating with Client, Developer for necessary change requests in development phase and communicating the daily progress to the stakeholders.  
• Analysis and progressive support for the developers regarding problem identification and problem solving.

• Monitoring all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and processes to ensure quality goals are met. 
• Collaborating with the QA Team members for preparing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data and reviewing the same to deliver the industry standard QA practices.
• Reviewing the Defect Metrix and Defect Documentation to identify the Quality of Product Supporting to QA Team members for writing the Automation Test Scripts. 
• Conducting Training program to the QA Team members 
• Development Support 
• Acted as a SQL Query constructor to support developers for writing complex SQL Queries.
• Fixing of Minor bugs during the unavailability of particular resources for the issue. 
• Supporting for code optimization after code review to enhance and to solve the performance issues.
