- Senior Software Engineer experience in Software Testing, Software Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Test Management, Database Testing, Selenium IDE, WebDriver, Cypress, Test NG, BDD, POM.
- 6+ years of industry experience providing expertise to multinational organizations in software testing of Web and Desktop Based applications.
- Primary Skills: Automation Testing, Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Database Testing, Selenium IDE, WebDriver.
- Secondary Skills: Manual Functional Testing, Selenium Web driver, Integration Testing, Web Application Testing, Agile Testing, Writing Test Cases, Browser Testing, Test Scripts, Mobile Application Testing, API Testing. Jenkins, Python, Java.
- Draft test cases in X-ray and integrate them with user stories.
- Follow release/deployment process on production environment.
- Work on customer issues and provide solution steps to them. If there is a bug, reproduce it and provide all the necessary details for the developers.
- Using pywinauto for desktop automation. Use BDD framework and python as the scripting language.
- Attend daily scrum meetings and work in close coordination with developers.
- Write manual test cases for new features.
- Automate the tests for regression to provide sign-off. We maintain a POM-based data-driven automation framework.
- Follow Agile with a weekly release plan and n-1 cycle for automation. Selenium with Java and Python for automation. Jenkins as CI tool. Gerrit and git for repo management. DBeaver - database management tool. Wrike and Jira for Bug tracking and project management.
